Then a great multitude followed him, because they saw His signs
which He performed on those who were diseased. And Jesus went up on the
mountain, and there He sat with His disciples.
Miracles
are like fireworks which impress a lot of people but they are quickly
forgotten. If we want to see enormous wonders we need to tend to the
renaissance of our mind. When this occurs in our selves it will create the
great biggest miracle. This is when we function in our everyday life with our
existence as chosen vessels from where God can be glorified. The Lord removed
Himself from the crowds for the reason that He did not want to be glorified by
them. He wants to be glorified with people when they have adopted the spiritual
principles of the Father. Fifteen years ago I met a couple who believed in
Christ. After three years during their spiritual life, a tragic event took
place and left their child handicap. I told them not to cease praying and in
three months the child was healed. Two years went by and the parents forgot the
incident got divorced and chose a lifestyle with worldly desires. I saw them
not to long ago and remind them of the blessing and the miracle that took place
in their lives. The discussion brought tears in their eyes. This is why I say,
miracles are fireworks. The renaissance of the mind is the great miracle and
remains in the century. Amen.
CHAPTER 6 VERSE 4-11
The miracle of feeding the five thousand.
Miracles
stem from the living faith which our Lord Jesus Christ possessed. Likewise, if
we aspire to acquire such faith, living faith, we shall be nourishing our mind
daily from the Word of God in order to comprehend her functions. Concerning
this miracle performed by our Lord through faith, to multiply the food, the
elements and the power that were essential to alter a no material form to
materialize (in this case, food) exists around us and it is attained within the
elements of the creation. The Lord emphasized “You shall do greater works than
Me”.
CHAPTER 6 VERSE 12-13
So, when they were filled, He said to His disciples, “Gather up
the fragments that remain, so that nothing is lost. “Therefore they gathered
them up and filled twelve baskets with the fragments of the five barley loaves
which were left over by those who had eaten.
Savings
in material assets is a great
significant virtue with the benefit and the purpose to have accessible time to
volunteer time well spent such as, towards the service of God and the support
of brothers and sisters in need or in difficult times. Saving is a must with
permissible limits. The spiritual meaning in this case, of the remaining
fragments is incomprehensible. He who will capture the meaning of the
establishment of the kingdom of God within himself by obtaining the supplies
from the Word of God and apply them towards this goal he will comprehend the
wealth of God’s grace and all riches and blessings in all sectors of spiritual
and material aspects. The spiritual meaning of this miracle is to study, to
pray continually in order to have abundance of knowledge and wisdom of God and
the power of prayer so that we can use in times which we cannot study or pray.
CHAPTER 6 VERSE 14-15
Then those men, when they had seen the sign that Jesus did,
said,” This is truly the Prophet who is to come into the world”. Therefore when
Jesus perceived that they were about to come and take Him by force to make Him
king, He departed again to the mountain by Himself alone.
The
objective of God is not to make followers due to miracles. God sent forth His
Son to create personalities as His own and not create beggars. So, the moment
He perceived that the people wanted him for the miracles or for selfish
beneficial interests and ambitions and human glorifications He withdraw Himself
from these people. Jesus came to this earth to regenerate the human mind and to
guide us to glorification by becoming heirs, coheirs and partakers in the
infinite glory of God. God’s intentions
are not for us to be robots, or puppets, in contrary, He wants to lead us to
the level of spirituality which will deliver us sanctification and able us to
reign with Him. Whoever chooses to be a beggar and crawl behind God and His
people has to know this is not the plan of God. Unfortunately, these are the
people which do not want to adopt the principles of God. But those who want to
stand next to Him and to follow Him with dignity which brings renaissance, they
are welcome to engage in the study of the Word of God and to find out how to
apply the commandments of God. This is
the will of God and this is why the sacrifice of our Lord on the cross took
place, for us to create a new way of thinking and revised behavior in God. If we love God with spiritual substance, we
shall pray for God’s enlightenment and wisdom to derive within us. Also, to
commence the race of spreading the Word of God, so through this deed we force
ourselves to shape the character in Christ because the call would be to make
excess sacrifice in love, patience in the regeneration of others which God has
brought forth to us to announce the truth of the Gospel. “Through you I will be saved”.
This will secure us with infinite powers so they can respond to the mandates
and demons of the world. God does not want us to remove ourselves from the
world but wants us to defeat the system of the world in order to entrust in His
wisdom which will lead us to the point of mastering the system of the world and
become reformers. Those who leave the world with pretence to dedicate
themselves to God are weak people and they are seeking quiet and peace of mind.
The Lord lived in the world, preached in the world, rejuvenated the people with
His message and served with pleasure. When someone is born of the Spirit lives
in the world and is able to overcome and conquer it. When we reach this level,
when we live in the world and respond to the challenges with the Spirit of God
then we will identify God reign within us. If our life has become a struggle
and we feel tired and weary we shall know that the devil abides in us and has
manifested in our lives with anger, turmoil, judgments etc.. Serious effort is needed and confidence that
we will succeed. Amen.
Do not labor for the food which perishes but for the food which
endures to everlasting life, which the Son of Man will give you, because God
the Father has set His seal on Him.
Food
that perishes is the food we eat to sustain our life mechanisms. The eternal
food is the verb of God which grows in His Word. “And whoever lives and
believes in Me shall never die. Do you believe this? “, “I have loved you, that
you also love one another. By this all will know that you are my disciples, if
you have love for one another.” Most assuredly, I say to you, he who believes
in Me the works that I do he will do also, and greater works than these he will
do because I go to the Father.” “If you have faith as a mustard seed you will
say to the mountain to move and it will move.” Also food for the believers is the signs such
as, “Heal the sick, cleanse the lepers, raise the dead, cast out the demons.”
This
is the eternal food; the Word of God which when enters in us will revive our
inward and external world. Therefore, the eternal food of the Spirit is the one
who increases eternal life. Amen.
CHAPTER 6 VERSE 28 -29
Then they said to Him,”What shall we do, that we may work the
works of God?” Jesus answered and said to them,”This is the work of God, that
you believe in Him whom He sent.”
We
shall do the same. To hear the voice of the one God send. There are people who
claim that they love God and hear the one He sent, but when he tells them to do
something they do not respond. They want to be partakers in the salvation
without execute the work. I always say
to people that come to me for advice or to ask me what to do, to take the Bible
in their hands and allow Jesus to give them advice and tell them what to do.
The way to live eternally is found in the Word of God.
CHAPTER 6 VERSE 35
And Jesus said to them, “ I am the bread of life. He who comes
to Me shall never hunger and he who believes in Me shall never thirst.”
A
person will not go hungry or thirsty because rivers of living water will flow
in his interior and exterior world. The Holy Spirit is the living essence and
when abides in us will provide us the power and the enlightenment to comprehend
the great value and capture the godly beneficial abilities. This occurs when we
fundamentally alter the way we think and adopt the lifestyle of God in our
life. If we want to see the day of the
Lord in our lives let us believe in Christ and in the Holy Gospel in order to
become shareholders of the grace and the promises of the Holy God and grow to
be heirs, coheirs and partakers of the glory of God. Let this be done…. Let
this be done …. Amen.
CHAPTER 6 VERSE 37-40
All that the Father gives Me will come to Me, and the one who
comes to Me I will by no means cast out. For I have come down from heaven, not
to do my own will, but the will of Him who sent Me. This is the will of the
Father who sent Me, that of all that He has given Me I should lose nothing, but
should raise it up at the last day. And this is the will of Him who sent Me,
that everyone who sees the Son and believes in Him may have everlasting life
and I will raise him up at the last day.
The
last day can be the day which sin no longer exists in our lives and in a more
general view point, no longer exists in the human race. When this takes place,
all who slept in the Lord will taste the first resurrection. The ones that
slept differently will be judged in the resurrection of good and evil.
The last day can be when we receive the call
of repentance and begin the race to build the man in Christ.
The last day can be the day of death. God
forbid.
The
last day can be the judgment of God which takes place for all the living and
dead. (the Second Coming) Amen.
When there is confusion within us of the
earthly and the spiritual elements it’s only natural for us to be lost. We need
to regenerate in order to distinguish between someone who preaches the Gospel of
Christ if it is from Joseph, Mary or from God. When there is no spiritual
awakening it is a natural consequence to be confused in our inner world and to
fall to the trap of judging partially as the Scribes and the Pharisees did in
this case. By studying the Bible we cultivate and revive our mind and build
wisdom to be capable to recognize and see with the spirit of God. Someone once
asked me why I do all this work “are you a priest or a theologian?” he
asked. I replied that in order to apply
the Gospel of Christ we do not need to be something. Any person can apply it
and find grace and given a mission from God. It is after all, the wish and the
blessing of the church when a child is baptized that grants authority to all
baptized Christians to become children of God, Disciples of Christ and creators
of His kingdom. If we study the words the priest says in the time of baptism we
shall realize the divine power in them and then we will understand with whose
authority we do this work and why we have a mission. Amen.
CHAPTER 6 VERSE 43-44
Jesus therefore answered and said to them “Do not murmur among
your selves. No one can come to Me unless the Father who sent Me draws him; and
I will raise him up at the last day”.
The
word of God says that the Spirit of God blows where it wants and no one knows
where it comes and where it goes. In another place it says every good gift and
every perfect gift is from above and comes down from the Father of lights, with
whom is no variation or shadow of turning. it is not he wants who runs but the merciful God
and in other reference it states “God does not favor and “come to Me all you
who labor and are heavy laden and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you
and learn from Me for I am gentle and lowly in heart and you will find rest for
your souls. For my yoke is easy and My burden is light”. This call is for all.
The person who receives the call and ignores it or becomes indifferent cannot
find grace in his life. The ones that do receive the call and start the race to
holiness and purification those are the ones that will be found in front of the
step of Christ. I wish for all of us to strive hard to do the will of God so we
can be blessed today and in the future. Amen. Our desire and God’s love will
raise us to heaven.
It is written in the prophets,” And they shall all be taught by
God”. Therefore everyone who has heard and learned from the Father comes to Me.
This
is a prophecy that will take place before and after the coming of the Lord. In
order for it to take place we must become disciples of the word of God, receive
counselling from the one He sent to us, and guidance by the Holy Spirit. This
is the way for this prophecy to take effect. Sincere repentance is needed in
order for God to place within us His divine love. Let it be done… Amen.
CHAPTER 6 VERSE 46
Not that anyone has seen the Father, except He who is from God;
he has seen the Father.
Who
is from God is He who is sent from God to the people to give them the spiritual
progress and lead them to rebirth and to godliness. It is impossible for a
person with not having the elements of God to teach the Gospel of life. He has
not come from Him. There are people who preach the Gospel and create religions,
fanatical dogmas, divisions among Christian people and nations and these people
are certainly not sent by God. We shall know and understand that God is one.
People divided Him in Catholic, Protestant Orthodox, Pentecost etc… and generated as natural consequences with
this division, this judgment, this wickedness the manifestation in the name of
God or Christ of inhumane wars to occur motivated by personal ambitions and
interests. It is essential that we comprehend that only
one and same God created all of us and allocated to each one of us and to each
nation unique form of wisdom, so we can all have a need for each other and work
all together. God is asking from us three principles. First: for people to be
governed by His unconditional love. Second: to be governed by extreme humility
and third: to be governed by the incorruptible life, because God is the God of
the living. For these principles Jesus
sacrificed His life. Everything else is redundant.
CHAPTER 6 VERSE 47-48
Most assuredly I say to you, he who believes in Me has
everlasting life. I am the bread of life.
When
He says everlasting life he does not mean life after death but the
incorruptible, immortal life which signifies the image and the likeness of our
Father. If we do not achieve the incorruptible life, which the Father, the Son,
the Holy Spirit and many others who practiced the will of God and obtain life,
we will enter in life through death. Paul the Apostle says “we shall not be
naked but clothed”. The fabric is within us and around us and as long as we
practice the will of God we can be confident that we will receive it because
our spiritual level will ensure us the pleasing of God and He will reveal it to
us. Historically, if we examine the path of the human race we will see that a
person evolves and especially today, discovers daily beneficial things which
generally make life easier. This increase of evolvement given by God in the
material and in the spiritual field will increase and will train and educate
and bring the human race to regeneration and transformation. This is what it
means to tear the partition of hatred (animosity) which exists between God and
human and also between human against human. When we reach this point we would
arrive in love, love which brings eternal, imperishable, blissful life with
God. Let it be done… Amen.
CHAPTER 6 VERSE 53-58
Then Jesus said to them “Most assuredly I say to you unless you
eat the flesh of the Son of Man and drink His blood you have no life in you.
Whoever eats My flesh and drinks My blood has eternal life and I will raise him
up at the last day. For My flesh is food indeed and My blood is drink indeed.
He who eats My flesh and drinks My blood abides in Me and I in him. As the
living Father sent Me and I live because of the Father so he who feeds on Me
will live because of Me. This is the bread which came down from heaven ---not
as your fathers ate the manna and are dead. He who eats this bread will live
forever.”
The
Fathers of the church established the Holy Communion which by faith becomes the
flesh and the blood of the Lord. However the Lord said, “The flesh profits
nothing it is the Spirit that gives life.” If then we are able to convert our
flesh and blood into the body of the Lord we will not perish but we will
resurrect in the last day. The bread is
the life of Christ which we must get to know by applying it. By eating it (practice) and by transforming
our behavior and the way we act as to Christ behavior and the way He acted and
communicated towards the Father, the disciples, the people and His enemies we
will comprehend the will of God and His wisdom. The way the Lord applied His
life on earth that’s the way we shall eat and digest also. Amen.
CHAPTER 6 VERSE 63
It is the Spirit who gives life; the flesh profits nothing. The
words that I speak to you are spirit and they are life.
The
first thing we encounter in our lives and come in touch from our birth is the
material substance. Unfortunately, many years pass and we get attached with the
material life before we grasp the value of the Spirit and particularly the
spirit of God. When we grasp the value of the Spirit of God, Jesus Spirit, it
is absolutely certain that we get attached to it and we do not let it go. The
reason is to the fact that we see the new way of life and the promise of all
heavenly and earthly possessions to take effect in our lives. The word of God,
Jesus Christ, enriches us with the power of peace, humbleness, love, joy etc…
Finally, He grants to us the power of miracles which provide life forever. I
wish we all grasp the value and to allow the proper way of life to nest
eternally within us. When this occurs, immediately our life will receive
meaning and value and each of our actions will have substance and positive
effect within us and around us, granting to us a new life, a new mission as
elect blessed vessels of God. What follows afterwards is for us to be coworkers
with God and reformers of the humane race. Finally, with the cooperation of God
and us humans we become God’s people. Let it be done…. Let it be done…. Amen.
CHAPTER 6 VERSE 65
And He said “Therefore I have said to you that no one can come
to Me unless it has been granted to him by My Father,”
Every
good gift and every perfect gift is from above, and comes down from the Father
of lights, with whom there is no variation or shadow of turning. Of his own
will He brought us forth by the Word of truth that we might be a kind of first
fruits of His creatures. This is the gift from our Father to get to know the
truth and be saved. Thank you Lord that you called us and received us to be with
you. Help us to become worthy of your call and to become shareholders of your
inextinguishable spiritual light who provides the incorruptible immortal life
which merges from holiness and purification. Let this be done….. Amen.
CHAPTER 6 VERSE 66
From that time many of His disciples went back and walked with
Him no more.
Those
who avoid God and turn back are all those who are governed by strong passions
and personal interests which are full of individual ambitions. God forbid.
Amen.
CHAPTER 6 VERSE 67
Then Jesus said to the twelve “Do you also want to go away?”
God
even though He is the Creator of all, does not want to invade in the free will
of humans. So, he is obliged as a superior being, to ask “Do you want to go? If
we reflect upon the call and the blessing that we received from God, we should
apply caution less maybe there is within us a small root of wickedness which
can lead us out of the way of the Gospel and back to the old. Caution is needed
and a continuous spiritual activity and let us be confident that is only matter
of time to become heirs of God and partakers of the glory of Christ. Let this
be done…. Let this be done….. Amen.
CHAPTER 6 VERSE 68-69
But Simon Peter answered Him “Lord to whom, shall we go? You
have the words of eternal life. Also, we have come to believe and know that You
are the Christ, the Son of the living God. “
Peter’s
answer is the answer from all people who attain the Lord and His teachings in
their lives. I wish that we all feel what Peter felt and we are not defiant
with the word of God or with His Presence in our life but to have the desire to
communicate with Him daily so He can give us access to enter the holy of the
Holies and become shareholders of His Kingdom.
I wish that all the children that follow the voice of God to reach out
quickly to the new life in Christ where God and human will live together and
interact forever. Amen.
Jesus answered them, “Did I not choose you the twelve and one of
you is a devil?” He spoke of Judas Iscariot, the son of Simon for it was he who
would betray Him, being one of the twelve.
In
the lives of the people who live away from the will of God, the devil becomes
the exterminator. In the contrary, in the lives of the people of God, the devil
is an educator. And it is he who creates negative (so it seems in the
beginning) actions in the lives of the people of God which later transform into
the glory of God. Therefore these people are elected by God to stand next to
His elect so through those negative elements the chosen will be delivered and
ensure lots of fruit, increase in virtues, gifts and signs of God which leads
them to an awakening rebirth and the salvation of the body and soul. The devil
trains spiritually the people of God in order for them to gain spiritual
appropriate muscles for to withstand through the education and the training
process of temptation and make them stand worthy children of God, the Father.
Therefore through the education we become people of God and shareholders of His
grace. I wish we get to understand the profit of this training process and its
education so we can respond with peace and humbleness throughout and comprehend
the new direction that God encourages us to live our lives. The Lord in the
Garden of Gesthameni requested, “Father, if it is possible to take this cup
away” but immediately corrected “Not as I want but as You.” A prophet named
Jonah received a mission to go to Nineveh but he did not want to go so he fled
in another direction. A tornado struck the boat and at the risk of being
flooded and drowned Jonah was forced to fulfill his mission. Therefore the
negative that seemed to happen (tornado) it had a purpose for the person of God
to fulfill his mission and the will of God. Amen.
CHAPTER 7 VERSE 1
After these things Jesus walked in Galilee; for He did not want
to walk in Judea because the Jews sought to kill Him.
When
we are the red cloth in the eyes of the bull we shall flee, otherwise we tempt
God with our ego and we danger ourselves and risk losing our body and soul.
CHAPTER 7 VERSE 5
For even His brothers did not believe in Him
No
prophet is a prophet in his own country. The reason is because within our
familiar environment exists intimacy which removes respect. In order for us not
to fall to this trap and observe the negative human nature of God’s people who
live beside us and with us instead of the spiritual which is full of wisdom
manifested with infinite powers and positive initiatives on all sectors, we
need to know God. When we know God, we won’t see negatively the life of the
prophet like Ham who was laughing at the ugliness of his father; meanwhile it
was his father who saved him from the flood. Nevertheless, a Holy man of God is
recognized by everyone and prevails in the lives of his family members and
close friends. Even enemies acknowledge the spiritual heavenly path of God’s
elect.
CHAPTER 7 VERSE 6
Then Jesus said to them, ”My time has not yet come, but your
time is always ready.”
The
time of those chosen from God to have a mission which tends towards achieving
the promises of God does not come unless they fulfill their mission. This is
how they know that their own time hasn’t come yet. Those who are called by God
to have a mission and ignore it their time is always ready. It is good if we
understand the call we receive and to strive with all our strength to fulfill
the call of Christ. Those who have the spirit of doubt and contradiction have a
lot to lose. Let this not happen to us.
CHAPTER 7 VERSE 7
The world cannot hate you, but it hates Me because I testify of
it that its works are evil.
Examine
a wise man to become wiser. Examine a foolish man to become a fool. The world
belongs to the masses. The masses want food, money, riches but when ask to
sacrifice something then they begin to judge, condemn and show the wickedness
of the world. God does not depend nor lean on the masses nor in the world, but
to those who study and spread the word of God and try to purify themselves. The
world, when it is about their benefits they yell “Hosanna” and when it is about
the other person needs, they yell “Away with him Crucify Him”. Let us be aware
of where do we belong and take a firm stand and an appropriate position with
God or with the devil. Amen.
CHAPTER 7 VERSE 8-9-10
You go up to this feast I am not yet going up to this feast for
My time has not yet fully come. When He had said these things to them, He
remained in Galilee. But when His brothers had gone up then He also went to the
feast, not openly, but as it were in secret.
Can
someone say that the Lord lied? I believe one hundred percent He said the
truth. Afterwards if He had a change of heart and did go to the feast He did
not have the need to inform them of His decision and His feelings.
CHAPTER 7 VERSE 11-12
Then the Jews sought Him at the feast and said, ”Where is He?” and
there was much complaining among the people concerning Him. Some said “He is
good” others said “No, on the contrary He deceives the people.
Depending
on the spiritual level of which we process that is how we perceive life and
circumstances around us. Therefore, if we are enlightened and God reigns within
us we will perceive the good and positive around us. An enlightened reborn
person can distinguish correctly and will have his own opinion. If not been
reborn again, he will see the faults and will even alter his opinion based on
the environment he is in.
CHAPTER 7 VERSE 13
However, no one spoke openly of Him of fear of the Jews.
A
coward person dies many times in his life. The brave dies one time in his life
and this because of his spiritual values. Amen. Fear hides hell and withholds
the person to work the will of God. Fear goes away when we do what we believe
without calculating the consequences. Only then we can be used from God as
vessels of choice and grow in all physical and spiritual domains. Let this be
done…. Amen. Indeed, Jesus will boast
about us because He also did the will of His Father regardless the consequences
which His testimony provoked.
CHAPTER 7 VERSE 15 -17
And the Jews marvelled, saying “How does this Man know letters
having never studied?” Jesus answered them and said “My doctrine is not Mine
but His who sent Me. If anyone wills to do His will, he shall know concerning
the doctrine, whether it is from God or whether I speak on my own authority.
Indeed,
when a person applies the will of God, he will be taught by the Father, and his
teachings will respond and fully cover the world and his teachings. He will
gain Godly wisdom from his daily conduct with the word of God and gain a
superior understanding of all things. His heavenly superiority will be
perceived and appreciated by all well intentioned minded people. One day the Lord said to His disciples “Do
you also want to go away?” and Peter answered Him, “Lord where do we go? You
speak wisdom and words of eternal life.” Likewise, we shall do the same and
hurry to learn, to implement and not delay our learning process. The rest let
us leave it up to God, the Father and be confident that everything will change
in our lives. Amen.
He who speaks from himself seeks his own glory; but He who seeks
the glory of the One who sent Him is true, and no unrighteousness is in Him.
There are many who preach benignity in order
to gain glory and personal material benefits. Irrelevant if we are people of
God we shall not be the ones to say it, in order for others to follow us, but
we shall allow our life to show it, so that God through the people who observe
our lives or listen to our beliefs to confess and testify daily that our life
and our words are of Christ, so they can join and work with us. Amen.
CHAPTER 7 VERSE 19
Did not Moses give you the law, yet none of you keeps the law?
Why do you seek to kill Me?
Back
then and today, the world is filled with legislators and heavy burdensome laws
who request to be implemented by people while the law makers themselves do not
implement. Some laws are so oppressive even the prophet reveals that the Lords
deplete the nations. Thus, even the left over tiny olives from the olive trees
are gathered up so there is nothing left on the tree. We must apply the law of
God, which is unconditional love for when it is applied it
annuls the million laws of people. Let it be done ….. Amen.
CHAPTER 7 VERSE 24
Do not judge according to appearance, but judge with righteous
judgement.
Judge
according to appearance happens on a superficial level. We take a glance on
someone and because we’re under the influence of the worldly spirit we judge
foolishly. Most of the time, the judgment is wrong because it is based vaguely
on what lies within us. Christ said, “If your eye is wicked you judge with
wickedness, if it is pure you judge with purity. To judge someone correctly we
must examine his entire life, from the time he was born, in order to beware of
his upbringing, his environment, what principles he was taught, and then we can
be able to judge him correctly and conclude why he does what we see and behaves
certain way. Since we cannot go back to
examine his life, let’s not judge … if we are to judge let’s judge with the
mercy of God. Let us remember the adulteress how she was judged by the scribes
and the Pharisees and how she was judged by the Lord. In the world we live in,
judgement in serious matters is executed by the justice system. The Court is
based on the witness’s testimony of what they saw and what they heard and then
they adopt the decision of judgment often not fairly. For, to have the
righteous judgment we have to have the righteous judge and he is none other
than Christ because He seeks the will of His Father and not His Own. A person
in order to bring forth a fair judgment has to be the one who forgives all day.
Therefore let us stop judging according to appearance.
CHAPTER 7 VERSE 38-39
He who believes in Me, as the Scriptures have said, out of His
heart will flow rivers of living water. But this He spoke concerning the Spirit
whom those believing in Him would receive for the Holy Spirit was not yet
given, because Jesus was not yet glorified.
Today
the mechanisms of life work through the faith of food which we have on a daily
basis in our lives. But when we are born spiritually life mechanisms will
operate through the Holy Spirit. After all it is the promise of God that He
will remove the stomach and the food consumption. In the desert the Lord
revealed to us that a person does not live by bread alone but by the word of
God and the Holy Spirit. The food rots within us and many times it is the cause
of terminal health problems. These problems are created when abuse happens and
self -control is absent. These problems
show in x-rays and in medical examinations and the doctor prescribes and urges
us to go on strict diets so our organism can breathe from the overload due to
the passion of gluttony. If we are
cautious and aware, we shall understand the healing energies of self-control
which can be manifested in our body. Let
it be done…. Amen.
CHAPTER 8 VERSE 1
But Jesus went to the Mount of Olives.
We
shall flee to the mountains for prayer when we feel the need to pray and
connect with our Father. There are different ways to pray and that depends on
what we are going through and what do we seek. It can be a positive period to
thank God, it can be a period we face difficulties in the material domain or
several temptations or human afflictions in the spiritual battle with in our
societies. The trials come in our lives
to awaken us and to shape us into the image and the likeness of God. There are
three prayers where we can study and open in front of us the heavenly path of
God’s light in order to climb the mystical ladder of Jacob’s spiritual vision
with the result to protect ourselves and fellow human beings. The first spiritual
science of prayer is the Group Prayer. This prayer has many powers and in order
to be heard it takes humility. The reason is because, when we reach at the
spiritual level of sincerity by speaking to God and confess our sins in front
of other people without being bothered of any negative criticism, we have reach
the level of humility. The greatness
here is that we have reached to the point that we do not have two lives, which
one we reveal and the other we hide. Second point is that we are governed by
love regardless of how the others that are involved in prayer will treat us.
Group prayer with sincerity also shows trust in God. The second spiritual
prayer is the Unceasing Prayer. This
prayer can be done continually on the road, at home, at work and everywhere we
happen to be. This way God is always with us. With this prayer God abides
within us at all times and we are in a dialogue with Him continually. This will
provide us continual conciliation in our daily lives. When we adopt the method
of unceasing prayer we shall see that even while at work, in the midst of our
jobs, our brain will continue to pray and to be fed spiritually with
incorruptible elements which will guard eternal life and guarantee us endless
euphoria, wellness and spiritual happiness.
The third spiritual prayer is the Hidden Prayer. The Lord stressed “Go
in your room close the door and pray to the Father in secret. And the Father
will see you in secret and reward you in openness. ” With hidden prayer we talk
to God face to face and the greatness of this is that it occurs with our own
free will. With this kind of prayer we gain from God wisdom and the prophetic gift
which grants us maturity in God. It also bestows sanctification as an asset
with in us and through God’s grace we regenerate in ourselves incorruptible and
immortal elements. Hidden prayer
entrusts us and offers us a wide range of spiritual goods, like the fruits of
the Holy Spirit and many signs. Finally in this kind of prayer God decodes the
mysteries of His Kingdom, which are many, and when are decoded they provide us
the authority to establish inside us and around us the kingdom of God. Let this
be done …. Amen.
CHAPTER 8 VERSE 2
Now early in the morning He came again into the temple and all
the people came to Him; and He sat down and taught them.
Many
people go left and right shouting that they are from God and they try to
convince others, even with force, to follow them. They will go as far to
install fear and threaten the ones that do not want to follow them, by saying
that God will punish them or something bad will happen to them. The Lord in
this case, but also in his entire spiritual path, reveals spiritual maturity by
showing full confidence and trust in His heavenly Father due to the fact he did
not run after the people pleasing or threatening them in order to follow Him. The
people went and follow Him on their own. Even to his disciples he said “Whoever
wants follow Me”. The Voice of God gives us also that direction and spiritual
instruction so we can trust in God and heavenly Father and not to force and
supress our fellow human beings with our sermons or preaching especially our
friends and our relatives. We shall
obtain their interest by stinging them with our own example and our way of
life. We have no right to intervene in any one’s free will in a positive or
negative way. He who thinks and moves as the Lord, the day will come that he
will become a Lord himself. John the Theologian testifies for Christ the
following “And the word became flesh and dwelt among us, and we beheld His
glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father, full of grace and
truth”. Amen.
CHAPTER 8 VERSE 7
So when they continued asking Him, he raised Himself up and said
to them “He who is without sin among you, let him throw a stone at her first”.
Whoever
judges or condemns his fellowmen he does not have the sympathy and favor of
God. Indeed, he alone condemns himself unto death. Anyone who judges or
condemns his brother has life with the identity of unpredictable and
devastating consequences. Whoever condemns will die. We need to take heed and
be extremely cautious of exercising judgment towards others. After all, we all
sin so why condemn the other? Let us put an end to judgment so we can prevent
negative consequences. Jesus Christ gave His life ransom for all of us so all
of us with sincere repentance to enter the Holy of the Holies. We shall be
aware, because the moment we judge someone he might be asking and seeking the
mercy of God and while we are found in hell he might be in heaven. Let us be careful… In the book of revelation it states that the
kingdom of God will be established in our hearts when the dragon of
condemnation falls from our hearts, our minds and our thoughts. Then we will
meet God who will bless our lives within us and around us. What the Voice of
God stresses is that, it is the spirit of the mercy of God within us that will
reign towards all fellowmen and not the spirit of the condemnation. Let it be done…. Amen.
CHAPTER 8 VERSE 11
She said “No one Lord”. And Jesus said to her “Neither do I
condemn you; go and sin no more.
With
the reply of No my Lord we recognize that God reigns in this woman heart,
because no person is able to say Lord without the Holy Spirit. Jesus words are of
the Spirit of God which does not condemn any one because it has unconditional
love towards our fellowmen, friend or enemy. This is the Spirit of God and this
shall also be our Spirit. Then again, the world is ignorant of the word and the
will of God. So when we are in communication with the world we shall be careful
because our mistakes will not find mercy. We need to be careful not to give
negative stimuli in order to receive harassment either by words or by deeds. If
people judge us due to the fact we are trying to apply the word of God we
belong to the attributes ‘Blessed are those who are persecuted for righteousness sake. For theirs is the
kingdom of heaven.” However if we create scandals we belong to the woes. So let
us strive to gain the wisdom of God. Let it be done…. Amen.
Then Jesus spoke to them again saying “I am the light of the
world. He who follows Me shall not walk in darkness, but have the light of
life.”
This
light has no relation with been natural light or electric. The light of Christ
is a spiritual light which casts out sin, corruption, death from within us. I
wish this light of Christ to reign within us. The life of Christ is the light
and His life is the one we shall imitate. The way Jesus lived and lives His
life, is the light of sanctification. It is the inextinguishable light that
shows us where to walk spiritually and not to stumble upon sin, which brings
spiritual and then physical death. So briefly the light of Christ is the
energy, the movement, the sanctification and the essential spiritual teaching.
This teaching will lead us to the light of Christ which is eternal life. Amen.
CHAPTER 8 VERSE 13-20
We
see here a mighty God to justify His works to the people. Imagine the love, the
patience, the superiority!!! But this kind of confession to people who have as
principle hypocrisy and a contradiction spirit is futile. Nevertheless, it
shall be done because this confession can bring forth repentance and rebirth to
those who have positive intentions and views. To the hypocrites, hypocrisy
pervades and becomes judgment and leads them to loss of body and soul. Let this
not happen…. Let us not allow Jesus confession for salvation in our lives to
become the cause, due to our egoism, and lead us to loss.
CHAPTER 8 VERSE 21
Then Jesus said to them again “I am going away and you will seek
Me and will die in your sin. Where I go you cannot come.”
Before
Jesus incarnation He existed as a Spirit along with the Father. Now however, he
has acquired a body and He would return to the bosom of the Father to stay
there until people can conceive His essential spiritual teaching. The Lord will remain there until the day sin
and death are defeated by the inhabitants of the earth and the day that the
devil will cease to function among the people of God. Off course until then
death will reign. But when the Holy Spirit will take over then death and sin
will cease to function in people and more generally among the whole human race.
The Father told the Son “Stay on my right for He must reign till he has put all
His enemies under His feet. Last enemy that will be destroyed is death. So therefore Jesus could not remain here and
stay around to watch the infidelity of the people. He had to depart for time to
take its course and fill the human race with experiences and wisdom of God
which will lead us to Holiness. When this takes place then Christ will come
with His body to take over the kingdom of love which God will create through
the Holy Spirit and continue to increase and deploy the children of God to the
incorruptible, eternal and immortal life. Let it be done…. Amen.
CHAPTER 8 VERSE 23
And He said to them “You are from beneath I am from above. You
are from this world; I am not from this world.
A
person cannot follow Christ because of sin. It becomes the obstacle to stumble
on and not meet the Father. When sin is removed then a person will be able to
unite with the living God and to abide in His grace forever. Amen.
CHAPTER 8 VERSE 24
Therefore I said to you that you will die in your sins; for if
you do not believe that I am He, you will die in your sins.
The
result of sin is death. However today the Holy Spirit reveals the way sin works
and how it mutilates the life which God gave us as a gift. Because of ignorance
and lack of knowledge that governs us, sin destroys us when we allow it access
and practice it in our everyday lives. It has negative consequences in our body
and soul and brings forth distraction. We shall believe in Christ and follow
Him in everything in order to find the life of Christ which is holy, sinless,
imperishable and eternal and with the relevant practice it will become our
property. This I wish from the bottom of my heart to all Christian people. The
first step of spiritual rebirth is to know our selves. Then we grasp the
teachings of Christ which will revive us hundredfold. Let this be done….. Amen.
CHAPTER 8 VERSE 32
And you shall know the truth and the truth shall make you free.
“I
am the way the truth and the life.” Christ is the ultimate everything. But in
order to find the truth we need to enter to the path towards the truth. And
what is the way? It is the Word of God. We will walk the path of Christ and we
will slowly arrive to the truth which is Christ. Who is Christ? He is the Son
of God. What is God? He is love which must permeate our whole existence. He is
the truth and the love which frees us from the malice, envy, hatred, jealousy,
pride, selfishness, arrogance, death and from all Lucifer’s other enemies. When
love becomes our shield our ally is the triune God. When our ally is God we
have no other need. Let this be done…. Amen.
CHAPTER 8 VERSE 33
They answered Him “We are Abraham’s descendants and have never
been in bondage to anyone. How can You say, ‘You will be made free?”
If
we are not born spiritually with the teachings of Jesus, it is irrelevant whose
descendants or seed we are from. Those people that claim where Abraham’s descendants
where the ones that persecuted Christ. Therefore, by studying and practicing
the Gospel we can become the seed of God which is Christ. He is the only One
that delivers the whole truth and the essential teaching by His life examples.
From the presence of the Lord and afterwards a person is able to capture the
complete wisdom of God through the teachings of Jesus. So there is no excuse!!!
Let us take His Gospel well in hand and let us be confident that the promises
will take place in us. When this happens God will abide with in us and He will
grant us all the values of life. Amen.
CHAPTER 8 VERSE 34-36
Jesus answered them, “Most assuredly, I say to you whoever
commits sin is a slave of sin. And a slave does not abide in the house forever
but a son abides forever. Therefore if the Son makes you free, you shall be
free indeed.”
Sin
makes us a slave in serving decay and death. It makes us lose our personality
and finally we become slaves to passion and weakness. Moreover we know that
when we serve the devil and his vices it creates disobedience to the word of
God. It is therefore a natural consequence when sin saturates and dominates our
life that we cannot live with Christ and prosper in the inner positive goodness
and in the power of freedom because where there is the Spirit of God there is
freedom. Amen. We shall all enter the
Holy of the Holies and with sincere heart to ask God to liberate our life from
sin and the devil. Let it be done….
Amen.
CHAPTER 8 VERSE 39
They answered and said to Him “Abraham is our father” Jesus said
to them “If you were Abraham`s children you would do the works of Abraham”.
One
of the works of Abraham was obedience to the Father God. Other works was
sacrifice, the decision and the courage to carry out the will of God. If we can
obtain those heavenly elements then we can also be genuine children of the Holy
God. Amen.
CHAPTER 8 VERSE 40
“But now you seek to kill Me, a Man who has told you the truth
which I heard from God. Abraham did not do this. You do the deeds of your
father”.
Examine
a wise person to become wiser. Examine a fool to become foolish. Christ visits
our lives with the intention to regenerate us and to enlighten us to capture
our mighty mission. But many people do not listen to the voice of God and turn
against God`s messenger. It is sad because this disobedience leads to loss body
and soul. Please God forbid this to happen to any one of us.
CHAPTER 8 VERSE 43
“Why do you not understand My speech? Because you are not able
to listen to My word”.
Whoever
is governed by ego, selfish interests and personal ambitions do not recognize
the voice of God. But whoever possesses the Spirit of humbleness when they hear
the voice of the living God they run to attach to the voice dedicating
themselves entirely to God and fellowmen. Indeed, these people feel eternal
gratitude towards God and towards their fellow brother and sisters and assign
themselves in the service of God and human. Finally they devote themselves with
joy and happiness to serve others. Others are not only the people who come to
us but according to the New Testament is the Samaritan who approached someone
in need that he did not know who he was and helped him. Whoever is not possess
by love and humbleness disguise themselves with a form of reverence and show
off their goodness and their faith. Finally they use the blessing for selfish
and personal benefits condemning with their works God and His Messenger. Let
this not happen to us.
“You are of your father the devil, and the desires of your
father you want to do. He was a murderer from the beginning and he does not
stand in the truth because there is no truth in him. When he speaks a lie, he
speaks from his own resources, for he is a liar and the father of it”.
The
Scribes and the Pharisees thought they are serving the will of God and that
they are the people of God. Also, they thought they are the chosen people of
God. But my beloved brothers and sisters when we follow unwisely the examples
and the teaching of the Gospel and do not adapt them in our lives as a
sacrifice pleasing God we stand away from the truth. What is God`s judgment? In
the parable of the king’s judgment to those who have helped others and practice
the will of God they heard Him say “Come you blessed of My Father inherit the
kingdom prepared for you from the foundation of the world for I was hungry and
you gave me food, I was thirsty and you gave Me drink, I was a stranger and you
took Me in, I was naked and you clothed Me, I was sick and you visited Me, I
was in prison and you came to Me. Then He will also say to those on the left
hand,” I never knew you depart from Me you who practice lawlessness”. Those people that thought they were practicing
the Will of God they heard that with great surprise. Let us be careful,
attentive and obedient to the word of God and we will ensure heavenly and
earthly possessions which I wish from the bottom of my heart for all of us….
Amen.
CHAPTER 8 VERSE 45
Then He will answer them saying “Assuredly I say to you inasmuch as you
did not do it to one of least of these, you did not do it to Me.”
Our
world today is filled with manmade rules which are full of demons and
egoistical selfish elements. All of these manmade rules cast us out from the
will of God and offer tragic consequences for the human race, like wars,
hunger, misery, sadness and finally death. Unfortunately even the spiritual
leaders and rulers have supported their lives with selfish interests and
aspirations as well to typical faith and not the living faith. All these lead
the human race to death. Spiritual leaders promise the people another life, a
life after death, which supposed to be happy and eternal. If it were so the
Lord will not have come to earth to preach the Gospel of the kingdom and to
demolish corruption, sin and death but He will had gone to the supposed heaven
where He will meet millions of spirits to create the kingdom of God. However,
He did not go to the spirits but instead He came to earth and preached
repentance and brought forth regeneration with the salvation of body and soul.
So let us all strive and push ourselves to comprehend and possess the kind of
faith which guarantees us our sanctification. That is the living faith which
will revitalize within us with the help of God’s power to demolish decay and
death and to convey the Holy Gospel within us and around us. Let us know that
God is not the God of the dead that for millions of years everyone is preaching
but He is the God of the living. I wish everyone the enlightenment of
understanding the value of the Holy Gospel so that through it to imitate the
life of Christ so we can become heirs of the incorruptible eternal and immortal
life here on earth. Let it be done…
Amen.
CHAPTER 8 VERSE 47
He who is of God hears God’s words therefore you do not hear,
because you are not of God.
All
the years we struggle to gain the experience and born again spiritually proves
to be a hundred percent that whoever has God within him when he hears the word
of God he creates a bond and he lives his whole life nourished by the Spirit of
God and walks daily hand by hand with Him. Anyone who is not listening is due
to the fact that wickedness, egoism and the devil with his army have
infiltrated into this person and have closed the spiritual eyes and ears with
which we can recognize spiritually God.
Let it be known that we shall use the time we have to pick up the
eternal heavenly treasures and not to insist to stay in our own wisdom which
leads us in loss of body and soul.
CHAPTER 8 VERSE 56
Your father Abraham rejoiced to see My day, and he saw it and
was glad.
Abraham
is a Patriarch and a Prophet and God promised to him that through his seed all
the tribes of the earth will be blessed. Abraham with great desire and joy
wanted this to happen and God prophetically allowed him to see it in the day of
his glory.
CHAPTER 9 VERSE 1-3
Now as Jesus passed by He saw a man who was blind from birth.
And His disciples asked him saying “Rabbi, who sinned, this man or his parents
that he was born blind?”
When
parents are sinners, which happens to be virtually impossible in this
generation not to be sinners, then the children are sinful. Sin creates
corruption and brings forth death. Therefore it is not contrary to the
righteousness of God because righteousness is; sin begets death and
virtuousness begets life. Besides in this
case, the work of God has a special approach in the answer of the Lord towards
His disciples. Sometimes God allows a person to build within him the kingdom of
darkness (God permits). This occurs so the difference can be revealed later and
this person can proclaim to others what he experienced. Everyone can know that
God is light and there is no darkness in Him. Also, with the actions of
miracles God manifests in His children His omnipotence. The word of God has the
authority and the power when it abides in us, especially when it comes out from
a blessed vessel, to dissolve any act and work of the devil and to reveal the
works of the light. Today people do not have severe serious problems.
Nevertheless, their spirit and body is in bondage to the acts of the devil. So
when Jesus makes His works known to them then the light of Jesus and His
teachings transform them through repentance from subservient of the devil to
Sons of God. These people become witnesses of God’s intervention in their lives
and their repentance becomes the reason of other people to see the
transformation and glorify God. We must
not lose our faith in God even in the most difficult time but to be confident
that God will hear our prayers and He will intervene. The Psalm says “Even if I
walk in the valley of death I will not fear because the Lord is with me”.
CHAPTER 9 VERSE 4-5
I must work the works of Him who sent Me while it is day; the
night is coming when no one can work. As long as I am in the world, I am the
light of the world.
The
day is the living conditions which allow us to preach the Gospel of the kingdom.
The night is the wars, the conditions of poverty taking place in the people’s
lives in all centuries, disease, natural negative phenomena and finally the
time of antichrist. We must work the works of God when we can, so, when hard
times or difficult situations come to have stocked up prayer. Let us remember
the parable of the ten virgins and let’s be the wise virgins. Amen.
CHAPTER 9 VERSE 6-7
When He had said these things He spat on the ground and made
clay with the saliva; and He anointed the eyes of the blind man with the clay.
And He said to him “Go wash in the pool of Siloam” (which is translated Sent).
So he went and washed and came back seeing.
Neither
the clay nor the baptismal font had therapeutic powers, but when someone is
suffering, faith needs some kind of natural element to be used to increase the
faith. As humans in order to believe, we need to see, to hear and to feel. The
Lord with this action demolished the infidelity in this blind person, with the
sense of speech and sense of touch. In another miracle, the act was through the
word only, due to the great faith of the sufferer. Faith works variously. The
person of God observes spiritually the situation and intervenes accordingly to
the sufferer. I wish to all of us to find the way faith works, so we can guard
and protect ourselves but also our brothers, sisters, friends and enemies.
Faith acts in the faithful and unfaithful people. Whoever has faith can use it
positively or negatively. The unfaithful will use faith for their selfish
benefits and the faithful for the will of God. Faith works in all sectors.
Without faith all cease to happen. In order for us to gain the living faith we
need to work long time on continuous study and unceasing prayer and then we
shall obtain strong results. The Gospel of the kingdom will be declared
everywhere by living faith. The typical faith which represents shadows and
faith without works does not bring results. Living faith granted by God brings
forth the result of eternal life. Let this be done… Amen.
CHAPTER 9 VERSE 16
Therefore some of the Pharisees said ” This Man is not from God,
because He does not keep the Sabbath.
The
Sabbath was made for the person and not the person to serve Sabbath. Some
people get wrapped up with typical faith, rituals and manmade rules to the
point that they become trapped and they never get to understand the will of
God. There are people who practice the will of God without been consumed in
human rituals and traditions. They are the ones unfortunately criticised by
those who observe only typical stereotype faith. Most of those who practice
only typical faith they do of fear, thinking that they will please God and find
favor in Him so they can have His protection and not because they love God or
fellowmen. As in this case here of the Lord, who was condemned from the Scribes
and Pharisees. It is impossible to depend on rituals and traditional rules of
mankind and find salvation. Let us place our salvation in love, sacrifice,
regeneration and repentance. In a nutshell, salvation is the will of God.
CHAPTER 9 VERSE 22-23
His parents said these things because they feared the Jews, for
the Jews had agreed already that if any one confessed that He was Christ, he
would be put off the synagogue. Therefore his parents said, “He is of age; ask
him”
Even
today we come across people consumed with fear to confess the truth in front of
the human authorities or principalities even though they have benefit from the
Lord. We need to pray that God may spare us from this fear of not confessing
the truth because we are afraid that we will be judged as heretics or
excommunicated. Let us be aware that ego is the one who will make us perish
eternally. It is better for people to be embarrassed for us than God for us.
This says it all!! Moreover, the Lord, His disciples and the disciples that followed
demolished their fear of the Jews and confess the truth. Let us also take
courage from the example of all those who gave their lives for the truth of
Christ. Let it be done …. Amen.
Now we know that God does not hear sinners; but if anyone is a
worshiper of God and does His will, He hears him.
Without
absolute unity with God, Christianity is zero. A divided and torn Christianity
does not exist in the eyes of God now before or after and it will never
establish the kingdom of God on earth. Those who divide and tear Christianity
or those who become the cause are characterized as horrible criminals and
although in the name of Christ they manage to perform positive works, in the
Day of Judgment He will not claim them and He will say “Depart from Me. I don’t
know you”. A sinner cannot be heard by God because he asks and seeks things
that are for his own egoistical ambitions and personal benefits. A saint person
will always be heard by God because he asks and seeks from God the wisdom to come
to his life so he can practice the will of God, which is the personal
sanctification and salvation of the world. We shall seek for the general
benefit and not for the personal benefit.
CHAPTER 9 VERSE 39
And Jesus said “For judgement I have come into the world, that
those who do not see may see, and that those who see may be made blind”.
This
is the report given from the Lord to the Scribes and the Pharisees who despite
their detailed questions to the healed blind and to his parents they did not
want to believe that a great miracle was performed by Jesus the God send
Messiah. Therefore, God elected the babes of this world to proclaim his truth
instead the wise of this world.
CHAPTER 9 VERSE 41
Jesus said to them, “If you were blind you would have no sin;
but now you say, “we see” Therefore your sin remains.
In
the previous question we noted that Jesus judged the Jews. In continuation, we
can say that He judges all those who act as know it all, that they are the
smart and wise ones which in the contrary they are the blind from selfishness
without being able to perceive the path of life. They are spiritually blind and
against all those who have the light of life, the light of Christ. This is how the separation happens in the
name of Christ.
